No Refunds:
As our services are delivered digitally (including coaching, courses, CRM access, and consultations), we do not offer refunds after payment has been made. Once services have been rendered or access to course materials or systems has been provided, the sale is considered final.
In the Event of an Unauthorized Charge:
We understand that occasionally, issues may arise with payments. We will promptly investigate and, if appropriate, reverse the charge. Sometimes billing errors occur, and we are committed to making them right.
Savvy Sales Strategist services are delivered digitally. This includes coaching calls via video conferencing, access to digital portals, CRM systems, and delivery of strategy materials via email or other cloud-based platforms.
Delivery timelines:
Digital access to systems or tools is typically granted within 24–48 business hours after payment. Coaching sessions are scheduled and confirmed by email after purchase. Done-for-you services are fulfilled according to a mutually agreed project timeline.
No physical products are shipped or delivered.
Cancellation Policy
For subscription-based services such as CRM access or coaching retainers, clients may cancel by submitting a written request via email to

Once canceled, service access will remain active through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
